Every item from Human Enough is made especially for you once you place your order.

In other words, your T-shirt doesn't even exist until you decide it should.

Because everything is made to order, we kindly ask that you check the size guide before ordering.

We love confidence.

Returns

Ordered the wrong size?

Changed your mind?

No problem.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided it's in its original condition (unworn/unused) and free from stains, damage, pet hair, mysterious smells and evidence of surviving a music festival.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

This 30-day returns policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

A few boring (but important) bits

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping costs may be refundable where required by your statutory cancellation rights.

We recommend using a tracked service because parcels occasionally like to go on unexpected adventures.

Please contact us before returning anything.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or we've somehow sent you something completely different, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos where possible.

Once we've reviewed everything, we'll let you know the next steps.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights are not limited to 30 days.

Because if we get something wrong…

We'll make it right.

Returns address

Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Our fulfilment partner can provide a UK returns address. We'll confirm the correct address and return instructions when you contact us.

You won't be expected to send a return overseas without being informed in advance.

Refunds

Once an eligible return arrives and has been checked, we'll confirm the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed through Shopify to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable under UK cancellation law.

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 working days to show the refund in your account.

(Unfortunately, we don't have any control over how quickly banks like to move.)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
