🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the UK, USA and most of Europe.
How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order.
(We don't have a warehouse... just good ideas, great printers and probably too much coffee.)
Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Whenever possible, orders are produced locally in the UK or USA, meaning your clothing is printed and shipped from the closest production partner.
No giant warehouses.
No unnecessary long-haul shipping.
Just local production keeping things simple.
Will I get tracking?
Absolutely.
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking link so you can refresh it like it owes you money.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return my item?
Yes.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We're not here to trap you in a life decision.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In the same condition you received them
Refund or exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.
If we've made a mistake, or your item arrives faulty, we'll make it right.
No drama.
No essays.
Just solutions.
Who pays return shipping?
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless we've sent the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or faulty.
📏 Sizing & Fit
How do your T-shirts fit?
Our T-shirts have a true-to-size relaxed fit that's comfortable for everyday wear.
Should I size up?
Your usual size = Classic relaxed fit
One size up = Baggy fit
Two sizes up = Oversized streetwear look
If you're unsure, we always recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
🧼 Product Care
How do I wash my clothing?
Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours.
Treat it like something you actually want to keep.
Will the print fade?
Our prints are made to last.
Following the care instructions will help keep your design looking its best for years to come.
Can I tumble dry it?
You can...
...but it's emotionally discouraged.
Air drying is always the kinder option.

What if my item arrives damaged?
That's definitely not the vibe.
Email us with a few photos as soon as possible and we'll get it sorted quickly.
No stress.
No essays.
Just solutions.
Are your product photos real?
We use a combination of real product photography and digitally created lifestyle mock-ups to show how our designs look in different settings.
Some lifestyle scenes, backgrounds and mock-ups may be AI-assisted or digitally enhanced.
We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the garment colour you choose.
